  • Singapore orders: Delivered within 3–5 working days after processing
  • International orders: Timelines vary depending on courier and customs clearance

3. How long is processing time?

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days once payment is received. Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.

5. Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes! Rush delivery options are available for Singapore orders:

  • Express Processing (+S$4.90): Priority handling, delivered within 2–3 days
  • Next Day Delivery (+S$8.90): Orders placed before 3 PM, delivered next working day
  • Same Day Delivery (+S$15): Orders placed before 12 PM. Available for selected areas. Please contact us to check coverage before placing your order.

Rush delivery is subject to:

  • Item availability (in-stock products only)
  • Payment confirmation
  • Delivery area coverage

6. What if an item is out of stock?

If any item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours. You may choose a substitute item, wait for restock, or request a full refund.

We can supply bulk quantities of eco-friendly gift items (such as jute bags), return gifts, festive décor, jewellery, and traditional gifting items. Custom branding, gift packaging, and tailored assortments are also available. If you have a specific requirement, we can help source products to meet your needs.

Payment

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow / PayLah and local bank transfers. Full payment is required upon checkout before your order is processed.

9. Is my payment information secure?

Yes ✅ All payments are processed through secure, bank-approved systems with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your payment details.

Orders & Changes

10. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided processing has not started. Please contact us immediately at support@adouragifts.com or WhatsApp +65 81966788. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made.

11. What if I need to reschedule delivery?

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a change of delivery date or address at no additional cost (within 24 hours of order placement).
  • Once your order has been shipped/dispatched to the courier, any rescheduling, re-delivery, or address changes will be chargeable, and the fees will be borne by the customer.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for our handcrafted and curated products.
  • Minor variations, surface scratches, or imperfections are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
  • If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
