Do you deliver across Singapore?

  • Yes, we provide island wide delivery within Singapore.
  • Free delivery for orders of S$39 and above
  • Orders below S$39 will incur a delivery fee (shown at checkout)

How long does delivery take?

     We strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience. All orders are delivered within a maximum of 48 hours.

     If you require same-day delivery, we’re happy to arrange it for an additional fee of S$5. Simply reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp at +65 8196 6788, and we’ll assist you promptly.

How long is processing time?

We strive to process orders quickly and efficiently. Most orders are processed within a day after payment is received. For bulk orders, processing may take 2–3 weeks depending on availability. Please note that processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Can I track my order?

      Yes, you can easily stay updated on your order status by reaching out to our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you with the latest updates.

What if an item is out of stock?

If any item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours. You may choose a substitute item, wait for restock, or request a full refund.

Do you accept bulk or customised orders?

We can supply bulk quantities of eco-friendly gift items (such as jute bags), return gifts, festive décor, jewellery, and traditional gifting items. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow / PayLah and local bank transfers. Full payment is required upon checkout before your order is processed.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes ✅ All payments are processed through secure, bank-approved systems with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your payment details.

Orders & Changes

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided processing has not started. Please contact us immediately at support@adouragifts.com or WhatsApp +65 81966788. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made.

What if I need to reschedule delivery?

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a change of delivery date or address at no additional cost (within 24 hours of order placement).
  • Once your order has been shipped/dispatched to the courier, any rescheduling, re-delivery, or address changes will be chargeable, and the fees will be borne by the customer.

Can I return or exchange items?

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for our handcrafted and curated products.
  • Minor variations, surface scratches, or imperfections are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
  • If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
