Shipping Information

Delivery Areas: We offer island wide delivery within Singapore.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment is received.
- Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Bulk or customised orders may take longer; we will inform you at order confirmation.
Shipping Charges:
- Delivery is free for orders of S$39 and above.
- For orders below S$39, a standard delivery fee will apply (shown at checkout).
Delivery Timeline:
- Singapore orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days after processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and curated products, returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted.
Customised, bulk, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Handmade and traditional items may show minor variations in colour, size, texture, or detailing.
These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
Minor surface scratches, marks, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall use of the product are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Transfer of Data Outside Singapore

Some service providers (e.g., payment, hosting, analytics) may store or process data outside Singapore.
Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive a level of protection comparable to the PDPA.

Product Warranty & Natural Variations

Unless specifically stated on the product page, our products are sold without warranty, guarantee, or after-sales service.
Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) will be passed on to the customer.
Handmade items are unique and may show slight differences — this is part of their charm and authenticity.
