Shipping Information
  • Delivery Areas: We offer island wide delivery within Singapore and to selected international locations.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment is received.
    • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
    • Bulk or customised orders may take longer; we will inform you at order confirmation.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Local delivery is free for orders of S$39 and above.
    • For orders below S$39, a standard delivery fee will apply (shown at checkout).
    • International courier fees, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are borne by the customer.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Singapore orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after processing.
    • International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs: International customers are responsible for checking local import restrictions. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Due to the nature of our handcrafted and curated products, returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted.
  • Customised, bulk, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Handmade and traditional items may show minor variations in colour, size, texture, or detailing.
  • These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
  • Minor surface scratches, marks, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall use of the product are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or Wrong Items
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Product Warranty & Natural Variations
  • Unless specifically stated on the product page, our products are sold without warranty, guarantee, or after-sales service.
  • Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) will be passed on to the customer.
  • Handmade items are unique and may show slight differences — this is part of their charm and authenticity.
