Shipping Information
Delivery Areas: We offer island wide delivery within Singapore and to selected international locations.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment is received.
Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
Bulk or customised orders may take longer; we will inform you at order confirmation.
Shipping Charges:
Local delivery is free for orders of S$39 and above.
For orders below S$39, a standard delivery fee will apply (shown at checkout).
International courier fees, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are borne by the customer.
Delivery Timeline:
Singapore orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after processing.
International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs: International customers are responsible for checking local import restrictions. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and curated products, returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted.
Customised, bulk, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Handmade and traditional items may show minor variations in colour, size, texture, or detailing.
These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
Minor surface scratches, marks, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall use of the product are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
