Orders & Acceptance

Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • Prices shown at checkout include any applicable taxes but exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of checkout. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been received in full.
  • We currently accept payments via DBS PayNow and PayLah!.
  • All payments are processed securely using bank-approved systems.
  • We are not responsible for errors or issues caused by external payment systems.
Shipping & Delivery
  • We currently deliver within Singapore and to selected international locations.
  • All delivery charges, including international courier fees, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable), are borne by the customer.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days after full payment is received.
  • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Bulk or customised orders may require a longer processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
  • International customers are responsible for checking local import restrictions in their country. Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays, which are beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you once they are delivered.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
  • Due to the nature of our handcrafted and curated products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Handmade products may have minor variations in size, colour, or detailing, which are not considered defects.
  • Customised, bulk, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photos.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Product Descriptions & Accuracy
  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Singapore online store are accurate.
  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or craftsmanship may occur due to photography, screen resolution, or natural materials.
  • We do not guarantee that all Site content is error-free.
Product Warranties
  • Unless expressly stated on the product page, Adouragifts / Sree Kumaran Mart Pte Ltd does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or after-sales service for the products sold on this Site.
